azizip17-@Oshunlife, I agree. It's a shame that few people nowadays know the Mills Brothers recordings. I just became aware of them by surfing YouTube.

Azizip17 - Thanks for posting this film clip! I particularly like the Mills Brothers using their voices to imitate the sounds of instruments. And I also like the rapping (talking) segment. While the reference to Black men as "boy" dates this film, I think that it's such a musical gem that it's still worthy of being shown -hopefully with an explanation of the history of that "boy" referent. Also this video could be shown in French classes in the USA & elsewhere since it has French subtitles. Thanks again!
