"Simba Wa Africa" is Swahili for "Lion of Africa". In the context of this song that means "Leaders of Africa".
This video shows women & men outdoors singing praises to Africa and to African leaders who have fought & died for freedom. Television film clips of most of those persons names are shown (the two television sets shown are outdoors, one placed on the ground & one placed on top of a jeep).
Two African Americans-Martin Luther King. Jr. and Malcolm X-are among those African leaders mentioned. Some people may not agree with some of the African leaders who were included in this video as "great leaders".
This uptempo song is mostly sung in Swahili, but includes some English lyrics. The song includes segments of rapping, with the characteristic hip-hop body posing and movements.

It annoys me when ppl make him out to be some sort of pan-Africanist hero who is fighting the cause for Africa against the rest of the world. He is nothing of the sort. Ask any Zimbabwean who's lost their livelihood, or family coz of Bob. BTW, his killing and oppression is not a recent development. The monster has been killing his own people since 1980. Google ' Gukurahundi' and see what sort of 'hero' he really is.
