trotterus - what they can doith their voices is breath-taking!!
****
Astroxtl- sound like the song all blues...by miles davis... nice rendition
****
CuteNCrazy2Be - There are simply no words for the mimicry of instruments concerning these vocalists. As what scat aspired to be, they took it to an outstanding level of exact imitation. No wonder why they're so highly regarded! Great Job!
****
jarbon5 - I had no idea that Dave Thomas was singing the electric guitar. I didn't think he had the range. And, this was All Blues by the incomparable Miles Davis. This was bad like News Brown. I'd never have thought the the human voice was capable of doing what they were capable of making it do. These guys are incredible, or any other such adjectives!!!
****
RTDavis0503- Yes, David sings baritone and 3rd tenor by choice, but he is actually a natural 2nd tenor. He actually as a falsetto range higher than Claude's and equal to Mervyn's, but Claude's falsetto sounds better and more pure like his real voice, that is why he sings the part
****
BrwnSugaKing - David normally sings 2nd Tenor all the time and then sometimes Baritone...Its Cedric who mostly sings Baritone. Claude is a first Tenor.
****
Deerych - Simply amazing and awesome! Musical geniuses!!

jibcraip- go buy their cd called "Tonight : live" [Posted in 2009]
****
bassplayerstk - It is just a rip off of Miles Davis' All Blues.
but a nice performance =)
****
jarbon5 - Their performance is a dedication to Miles. This video doesn't show them saying that, but they make it known that their performance of "All Blues" is a dedication to him, and what a magnificent dedication it is.
****
mjames4208 - how is a dedication a rip off?
****
hindemith17 - Dude, that's kind of harsh... even for a bass player. But seriously, combo music was always 'covered' by all jazz artists. I've heard a lot of great jazz musicians play this song. Miles even played songs by other artists. Is that ripping them off?
****
kraftboy- Jazz is about standards and playing and re-interpreting work laid down by others. I have never met somebody so dumb as to put ripoff in the same context of playing jazz. You think Miles never played music by other composers? How uneducated could you possibly be?
****
SANGUEDIGIUDA - it sounds like bobby mcferrin performances, but it's amazing!!
****
jarbon5- Mr. Man singing the electric guitar, hearing him just makes go crazy. I have their cd of them doing a concert in Tokyo and when I hear him on the cd, I have to keep my self from screaming. Boy, they are bad!!!
****
jmsbk12345 - These great guys are absolutely incredible. I have just purchased their new album 'Feels Good'. It is amazing. I thank the Lord Jesus Christ for them. Thank you gentlemen. I would personally like you guys performing more jazz. Jazz blues Gospel; that's where it's at. I love vocalese.

BlueNote74 - I am about to make a really bizarre statement here. I bet these guys are really good at math. I say this because singing in the intricate, harmonic fashion that they do, uses the same part of the brain that math does. Music is math based really. Then on top of that, to be able to mimic actual instruments so perfectly is simply astounding! I think they embody the very definition of what music is.
****
jakemittle- I wouldnt be surprised lol
****
SHOJMPR42 - @BlueNote74 nobody has ever been so correct- well said [Posted in 2010]
****
rockinforjesus - nothing can describe how amazing these guys are, I was listening to their cd so cool today and every single song blows me away
****
jarbon5 - Every time I watch this and see Dave Thomas singing the electric guitar, I wanna start screaming. It is so amazing to me to see him do that:)
****
johnson1c - After viewing this video; I'm still searching for the right words to discribe what i just witnessed. Incredibly, talented group!
****
musikenergy - This is so jazz stank...in a good way!
****
scadumateus - Amazing!
Claude the humam trompet.
David the human guitar! the high notes is like guitar solo!

****
Krazie316- That's freakin sweet!

bigwm - These guys have been kik ass for nearly 25yrs! I sometimes forget just how good they are. I'd love for them to team up with Naturally 7, Al Jerreau and Bobby McFerrin and create a whole vocal orchestra!
****
Divaninho - after listening this for years i still don't know what Mark Kibble Does!
****
DannyMcMahonMusic - He's meant to be a keyboard, each member of the group imitates the instrument they play apart from being vocalists.
Ced talks about it on the "Milky White Way" video that is up from 1989.
****
Rafascowalkson - looks ike mark is "playing"a soprano saxophone
****
Divaninho - Claude plays a trombone.
Joey plays a Muted Trompet
Alvin plays Contra Bass
Cedric plays Piano
David plays Guitar
Marc plays the Saxofoon
****
DannyMcMahonMusic- where did you get saxophone from?
****
jibcraip - Mark Is mimic a Clarinet...He said that in an interview last year on NPR...
also DannyMcMahon each member don't imitates the instrument they play : Alvin doesn't play the acoutic bass...He played Trombone and play the piano.
also Joey plays the piano and not the trumpet...
****
DannyMcMahonMusic - Oh my bad, I didn't mean that they all played the same instruments that they play. Well most do but yeah your right about Alvin and Joey.
****
MDominican - lol this is tight!!!! i love it!
****
Rafascowalkson- looks ike mark is "playing"a soprano saxophone
