ahvanam (2009) Subrahmanyamgorthi is correct! "Siddhamu Yamunaku" means not afraid of death. This implies, if we don't forget Rama name there is no need to afriad of death because the name Rama will liberate us from the bondage of death and birth. On the other hand "RamaDas (the composer of this song) lived by Godavari river so there is no chance of referring to Yamuna river. Hope this helps...Thanks
