Video Summary:
This song is in the Wolof language. Unfortunately, I have no idea what the song is about The summary and most of the video's viewer comments are in French. Unfortunately, none of the English language comments provide any information about this song. However, I was able to piece together some information about this song from this video and another clip of the same video that was posted on YouTube. See the comment section for that admittedly sparse information.

That video doesn't start in the beginning which is why I posted the other one. However from that video I learned that the singer is from Senegal and the music is called Mbalax.
Most of the comments in that viewer comment thread were also in French. That video's uploader and a commenter spelled the singer's name Ma Sane instead of Masane.
