Hat tip to aaraujo for including this link in his post about Cape Verde that was part of today's Black Kos, Week In Review. In that post aaraujo wrote "Our most famous musician is Césaria Évora and our most famous song is Sodade in a uniquely Cape Verde genre called Morna (closest translation is "Blues")".
Kudos to this vocalist & the song's composer! Is the title "Forbidden Fruit" in English? And what is this song about? I'm adding this to my jambalayah collection of YT video gems.
